Process and Service Design

The harder a process is to draw, the more likely it is broken. Like a good game of "Settler's of Catan" with friends, it is easy to become engrossed in complicated, rule-laden, competing-interest, nitty-gritty business problems requiring solutions drawn from a mix of strategy and creativity. Inevitably pain-points are discovered in processes nobody remembers putting in place.
